Ingredients:
- 1.5 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Directions:
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, dried thyme, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Marinate the Beef: Add the beef cubes to the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Assemble the Skewers: Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers, alternating with pieces of red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion.
- Grill the Skewers: Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Serve: Transfer the skewers to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
